We offer guaranteed rent by becoming your primary tenants for between 3 – 5 years, we then house our corporate clients who retain our services which in turn allows us to pay a premium to you the landlord. In some cases where we really, really want your property, we’ll pay between 6 -12 months’ rent in advance.
