Contracts are up-to 5 years, giving landlord long term piece of mind.
Our clients vary from professional tenants to corporate contractors, Housing Associations or Insurance claim provisions.
Maintenance contracts are dependant on the type of agreement we have with our landlords, for example, if you are wanting a hands of experience, we would handle all maintenance save service media. However, this service would be reflected in our offer.
Once we have view the property, we will give you an offer within 24 hours
This will be dependant on our need and demand for your property. There are some cases where we are willing to pay rent advance and above market value, but only if we really, want your property.
Our clients pay us a premium to fulfil their needs, therefore, we can offer our landlords a bit more rent because of this.
